By attending the Halala Embo Ingoma Festival on Sunday, 01 February 2026, you agree to comply with all safety protocols and event rules. EMBO Films reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual displaying disruptive or illegal behavior.
This is a free community event; however, admission is subject to venue capacity at Kwathwishi Sports Ground. Entry is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, and organizers reserve the right to restrict access once maximum safety limits are reached.

By entering the festival grounds, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional and archival purposes by EMBO Films. You waive all rights to compensation or approval for the use of such media in future marketing materials.
The organizers reserve the right to alter the performance lineup or event schedule without prior notice. While we strive to maintain the advertised program, changes may occur due to weather (Ihamba Nemvula) or other unforeseen circumstances.
Attendees participate at their own risk. EMBO Films, its partners, and the Kwathwishi Sports Ground management are not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or damage to vehicles parked at the venue.
All attendees must follow the instructions of event security and staff. In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and proceed to the designated assembly points at Embo Engolela.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
